Go for Life for over fifty fives

Ballina Family Resource Centre and Mayo Sports Partnership are running a “Go for Life” programme aimed at the over 55s. This programme cost €5 and will be on in Ballina Family Resource Centre on Monday September 19, at 12 noon for one hour. The class will consist of scenic walking. If the answer is yes, Ballina FRC in conjunction with Mayo Sports Partnership and Pat O’Brien is running a fitness programme for men of all ages. Classes include Circuit Training, Hill Walking, Kettle Bells, Pilates and Swimming. It will be on Wednesdays from 9.30am to 10.30am in Ballina Family Resource Abbey Street. The programme this week will be on Wednesday June 15 and will be Fit Walking. The cost is €5.
